Welcome to Disciplined.Trading, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to support disciplined, rule-based trading. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Disciplined.Trading provides trading tools such as trade journaling, automated lot sizing, rule-based trade management, compliance analytics, and performance tracking. We do not offer financial advice or investment recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform for unauthorized or automated trading,
• Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the platform,
• Share or resell your account access without permission.

6. Subscription & Billing

Disciplined.Trading operates on a subscription-based model. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and software on the platform are owned by Disciplined.Trading or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee profitability, trading performance, or platform uptime. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Disciplined.Trading will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including trading losses.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or harmful activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan (or your local jurisdiction if specified otherwise). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Peshawar, Pakistan.
