By participating in the Disciplined.Trading Refer & Earn Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 and above with a valid Disciplined.Trading account.
• The program is available worldwide, unless restricted by local laws.

2. Referral Tracking & Commissions

• Referrals must sign up and make a qualifying purchase through your unique referral link.
• Commissions are calculated based on the net amount received from referred purchases.
• A qualifying referral is a new customer who has never previously signed up for Disciplined.Trading.

3. Commission Structure

• Standard commission rates apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For influencers and community leaders, higher commission rates may apply upon approval.
• Commission is payable for up to 12 months from the referral’s first purchase date, with potential extensions for approved influencers.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed monthly, within 2 business days after the end of the month.
• Minimum payout threshold applies.
• Payouts are made via the payment method selected in your account settings.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use self-referrals (referring yourself or your own accounts).
• Use paid advertising on Disciplined.Trading brand keywords without written consent.
• Engage in spam or misleading marketing practices.

6. Program Modifications & Termination

• Disciplined.Trading reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, or program rules at any time.
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or unethical activity may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Disclaimer

• Earnings are dependent on your referral activity and are not guaranteed.
• The program does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and Disciplined.Trading.
